I received 6 Scotch mailing tubes on Wednesday March 6th at my office located at the following address:
Pathways, Inc.
201 22nd Street
Ashland, KY 41101
These tubes contained Recovery Dynamics posters from the Kelly Foundation each tube containing $275 worth of material. Four of the six tubes I received had huge gaping holes in them (see attachment). These tubes were sent from:
