Me and my cousin bought $20 dollars worth of scratch off tickets which are worth $10 dollars each. We calmly confronted the man and informed "we paid $20 dollars for two of the $10 dollar tickets but only got one, we are hoping we can get our change back or that other ticket" he deliberately acted naive and pretended not to know english and told us he could just give us another ticket and the man tried to charge us another $10 dollars! That's $30 dollars for two tickets that cost $10 dollars after we paid him $20 and he refused to give us our change! The employee is a slender indian man in his 50s standing at the average height.
