Enterprise Rent-A-Car - My reserved vehicle was given to someone else
I had reserved a vehicle in Kansas City one way to return in Wichita. Reservation #[protected]. I showed up to pick the vehicle up and found out no vehicles were available because they were all rented out. Called the district manager was advised the system is always 24hrs behind and tough luck. Tried absolutely nothing to assist. I called your customer care and was directed to yet another branch with supposed availability and I showed up and nothing available again.
