On December 21st @ 11:30 am I went to the salon to have my highlights touched up due to regrowth.
The technician was very polite and very gentle. I am not dissatisfied with her but her technique and the results are unsatisfactory. I have had highlights many years and this was the first time my highlights did not go to my scalp. I feel like she concerned herself with covering the gray. I paid $90+ with tip and spent 3 long hours in the chair. I can provide pictures and the technician also took before and after on her phone. I live 2 hours away and can't easily return to get it fixed.
