April 9, 2022 around 6:30pm went in to order some food using my app (which I love by the way) and to get my daily Frappe ordered at the kiosk then proceeded to the register. After standing there for a good 10 min. The manager says they are not taking cash payments. There was no sign on the door, the kiosk, the register no where. I had exact change I asked if I could just pay he said no and started arguing with me. Then he took my receipt and crumpled it up and threw it on the ground. Another customer even offered to pay for my food because he was so mean and just inappropriate with his tone and behavior. This has made me never want to go to McDonald's again. He treated me with such disrespect I cried when I left and I never cry. Please address this situation.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from that manager and maybe the food order or just the frappe to make up for it a little bit
