Two weeks ago I ordered 2 foot longs and gave them my reward card. She told me it was inactive. For several months I went every week to Subway to get footlongs but took a break from them for just a couple of months. She told me to get on line and renew my card. There was no place to renew the card.
I called this week and was told I had 122 tokens and one certificate. They told me to change my password so I did. They had a promotion that said I could get 15% off my order. Store 999997 said the promotion was over, but your ad said it was good until October 7th. I then told her I didn't get my 15% or reward credits. She told me to wait 48 hours and they should be on line.
I got on this morning and yes I was given tokens for yesterday's purchase but all my other tokens and certificate were not on there. I feel like I got the royal shaft.
Desired outcome: I would like all my tokens restored and 15% credit given to me for my next order or at least a free footlong.
