I went up to get my 2 daughters a large coke with blueberry. I got home and my girls told me it taste like coconut. So I call up to sonic and let them know: hey I ordered 2 large cokes with blueberry but instead I got blue coconut. The manager (Jess) said i'm the one that made your drinks and it's blue raspberry, I said no both of them said it taste like coconut, I got on my app to make sure I didn't make the mistake my self, I did not. I had it correct and told her I did. She then said well i'm looking at the bottle I used and it's blue raspberry, let me check to make sure one of the girls didn't switch it. Nope it's blue raspberry. Said well even though I know it's blue raspberry we will make you a new one if you bring them back. So basically calling my daughters and I a liar. I'm there about 3-4 times a day. She would never own up to her mistake. This was very inappropriate and i'm so mad that I had to deal with this behavior from the manager! People make mistakes, but own up to it instead of calling someone a liar. I hope you read this and heard me out. Thank you
Desired outcome: 2 of the carhops came to me and told me they were truly sorry that I’m a regular and they smelled it and said yea that’s cocunut. Brought / new drinks out and apologized again!
