Bath & Body Works Direct - Customer service

Went to Woodfield mall in Schaumburg, IL.

Had a very bad customer service interaction at the register with a rude and snippy worker named Shelby a younger college student. When asking a question she got very snippy and wasn’t very helpful at all. I honestly will not be back at that location ever again. The way they treat there customers. Just awful.

Desired outcome: Would like for Shelby to be aware that it is not okay to be snippy/ rude with any customer. This employee and the woodfield location should definitely not be working with customers !
