I was there 3/21/21 at 3. With my daughter-in-law. She was in line 20 deep and I asked the security guard to call for help he did Elizabeth is who he spoke to line now to the back of store people putting stuff down and walking out so I call the store Elizabeth answered asked if she could come up now 35 people in line she said I'm working on it and I asked if she could come up and she said thank you and hung up. I have pictures 30 minutes later she comes up with another girl. The line was to the back and around to the children's department. I took pictures. But when I went out to wait for my daughter-in-law the security guard started saying that old lady was taking pictures big joke upfront. My daughter-in-law when she got upfront said that old lady your talking about is my mother-in-law.
Shame on Ross you lost sales and you lost me as a customer. No customer service and shame on Ross for hiring a manager that doesn't care about the customers. Yet being labeled as an old lady by security.
