I am a regular shopper at this store and have been witness to the way your store director talks (yells) to your employees more than once. The final straw was friday the 13th when I saw him talking very unprofessionally to a deli girl as I was standing in line. Your employees should contact their union about this person and I will personally suggest that to every one that I come in contact with. This man has no business being in any position of authority...
