Jewel-Osco - pharmacy

Prescriptions never ready. Told me 3days behind. Came yesterday called in 2 days earlier told me 15 min wait. Left and came back today. Still not ready.

Time and time again prescriptions are not ready in sufficient time. The excuse of sorry we are3 days behind. Is not an excuse.

We have many options to fill our prescriptions but have been picking them up here for over 20 years do not understand why service has gotten so poor.
