Kraft Heinz - empty packets

We have been faithful customers of the crystal light drink mix for years, but for the last 4-5 months over and over we keep getting empty packets in each 44 variety pack that we buy at Costco in Melrose park Il 60160. At the beginning we use to joke about it but now it is upsetting as we keep paying the same price and we keep getting 3- 4 packets empty in each pack. I am willing to send and pay for the delivery of the last empty packet . I request refund and correction of this incident as I am quite sure there are many more customers that do not voice their frustrations . I truly hope that quality control can improve their productions . If you can, please send me the address and gladly will mail you the last empty packet . I also have to mention that most of the empty packets are from strawberry and and raspberry lemonade.
