Went to Popeyes 2301 Jefferson St Joliet [protected]
1. 8pc chicken dinner was incorrect. Cost me $29.62,
2. The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes.
3. Chicken was overly done whereas I thought I would break teeth trying to chew. I had to pull it apart to find any meat. It was just hard as a rock.
4. The biscuits were half the size and I want to say the thickness wasn't more than a half inch.
5. The person filling the order did not give me 2 pcs of each, I found 1 chicken breast, 2 backs, 2 wings, 1 thigh, 3 legs.
6. Called and she told me to bring in the receipt and the chicken. I wasn't told I had to bring everything I tossed into the garbage.
7. I went in and she said "where is the rest u only brought in 2 pieces" I said "the rest was tossed into the garbage".
8. She was miserable, ignorant, and the customers in the store said she was rude to them.
9. I tried calling all the phone numbers associated with this place and non of the phone numbers work at all... You ppl are ridiculous.
10. The service at that address is horrible. The order hardly is correct, it has to be checked.
Claimed loss: $29.62
Desired outcome: i want my money back and an apology from the manager.
