Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Wrong charge for rental

Confirmed rental for pickup truck for 2 weeks @ $653. Arrived to pick it up and no truck at all was available. However, the attendant said he would give me a free upgrade me to a large SUV if I agreed. Now I see I was charged $953.07 instead of the $653 promised.

Desired outcome: Give credit to my credit card for the over charge
