Popeyes

Today, June 15th, 2022 I pulled in to the drive through to place an order for one chicken sandwich. I was told by someone that they would be back to take my order. Over 5 minutes later I heard can I help you, I said I would like a chicken sandwich. I was told they were out of chicken sandwiches. It is not good business to have a customer wait 5 minutes or more to be told the product is not available. This is not the first time, once before (I don't remember the date and time) cars had pulled up behind me and it was a car at the window getting an order I was told that they were completely out of chicken. I could not back out because cars had pulled in behind me and the car in front of me (I guess, was getting the last popeyes chicken). Also they never have shrimp. Always out. Please look into what is going on with the Popeyes, located at 76th and Racine in Chicago. Thank you. Maybe you should just close it up. They never have anything anyway. I'm very upset.
