I purchased a wood fence from lowe's in about august of 2018. Approximately 2 months after the initial installation the fence fell. They reinstalled the fence again. The same thing happened again. I had to wait approximately through the winter due to the weather for another repair. The fence fell again. This happened about 4 times. The most recent time the fence was replaced was in february 2020. About a week later the fence fell again. I called lowes again, the said the would send someone out to look at the fence again. I was told that to fix the fence again there was some part that was needed and that it would cost $500, when I talked to the manager he said that the fence was no longer under warranty and that they wanted me to pay half of the cost, $250 which I didn't think that I should have to pay anything because I had already paid $1400 for a fence that have never stood up and was not properly installed. If the fence needed additional support the installers should have know that from the beginning. Now lowe's is refusing to repair my fence again. My question is what did I pay $1400 for? I have never had a fence that was adequate and done the job that I paid for. I want my fence repaired properly or my money back.
