The incident happened Oct 1, 2023 @ 8:29pm
I went through the crowed drive thru and waited 15 minutes to get to the window. I got to the window I was told the total and I had a $20 bill in my hand that the cashier snatched from my hand and with my hand still out of the window the cashier put the coins in my hand which fell to the ground and proceeded to just give my back the bills and when I asked for the rest of my change I was told to get out of my car to pick it up. The cashier then turned to the manager and told him what happened and I was appalled what happen during this turn of events. Never in my life had I an incident like this at an establishment. The cashier had red hair and the manager was tall and with a dark complexion and never corrected her or gave my the balance of my change due. I sat there at the window waiting on my change while there were 10 cars waiting behind me, while doing that the manager came outside to address the waiting cars and my aunt asked him if she could talk to him and he said no. What kind of people do you have working for you? I owner should be ashamed that he/she has employed people that are disrespectful as they were.
Desired outcome: I would like a gift card for my family, for the disrespect that I was given.
