Fifth Third Bank / 53.com - Attempting to contact personal banker

On October 14, 2020, I attempted to contact Angie Rooney, the personal banker at Fifth Third Bank in South Barrington, IL.

My husband and I planned to invest our wealth with their investment specialist at the Higgins Road branch.

Angie never returned multiple phone calls over the past 2 weeks. When I reached Billy, the branch manager at Fifth Third Bank on Higgins Road, he informed me that he and Angie had "discussed" my phone calls and decided that I had pestered her enough and agreed that she would not return my calls.

"All you do is annoy Angie with your endless questions about your dispute with Kasamba," Billy informed me. "You are unprofessional."

I hung up on Billy and called their customer service phone number. A representative put me on hold for several minutes to reach out to a supervisor to file the complaint.

After 20 minutes on hold, the call disconnected.

As of today, October 21, 2020, I discovered a complaint had never been filed on my behalf.

This is outrageous!

I am overdrawn $632.08 at Fifth Third Bank because they refused to honor their commitment to give me a $500 temporary credit while they investigated my dispute with Kasamba who overcharged me $400.00 for a psychic reading.

I was informed by the dispute department yesterday, 10/20/20 that I was $1.00 over on the $500.00 maximum amount allowed for temporary credits.

They have charged me $148.00 in overdraft fees and won't reverse them.
