Popeyes

Hi we went to our local Popeyes in Addison ill on 1/15/22 at 2:28 pm We ordered the 5 piece chicken meal for 8.99 and had coupon along with the 2 piece meal for 4.99 along with coupon. Let me tell you when we got home the breading on the chicken was mostly off (which as we all know is delicious) the quality of your product is NOT what it used to be. The girl said there was no mash potatoes as a side that we wanted so she said we can have Mac and cheese, we agreed then SHE CHARGED US EXTRA FOR IT. T W I C E. Then we asked for a side of Cole slaw which comes with it, and SHE CHARGED US FOR THAT TOO. Our bill was 18.05 and should of been way less. I gave her a 20.00 bill and a quarter so I should of got 2.20 back, and she did NOT give me change. I had to EXPLAIN IT TO HER. Mathmatics, dear! The buns were soggy and the Mac and cheese watery and disgusting. I also asked for thighs and she only gave us one the rest were small wings. this is unacceptable and you need to make this right. Every time we do go to this Popeyes they are always out of something and the lobby seating area is dirty too. Thanks
