We have been to the Iowa City, Iowa location several times as it’s close to the VA Hospital. The salad bar is never maintained there. Today it had dried out pale lettuce with rust on top of the usual mess. Seriously, if they had a surprise inspection they would have failed on the salad bar alone with all of the cross contamination.
Also, it seems there must not be enough staff. Dirty tables sit with stacked plates of chicken bones & pizza crusts everywhere. We’ve been in there where there are only a few clean tables & only a couple of other people eating.
Desired outcome: Would love for them to up their game at the salad bar
