Candy did a great job the first time she did my cut & color retouch 5 weeks ago but this time it was a complete disaster! The color wasn't even close & she kept me turned away from the mirror the entire time. When she washed out the color & highlights & I saw the color (it was literally orange!) I was not happy at all. She tried to say once I got home & styled it that it would be fine. When I got home and saw up close the horrible mess she made - chunks of blonde highlights which is not at all what was discussed or what I had done before coming to her - I was livid! I called to talk to the "manager", alysha, who told me to come back in so she could take a look at it & possibly correct it & when I got there she said she saw no problem! My hair was a completely different color at the roots than it was on the ends! She tried to say that it was because I didn't ask to have the color pulled through but I am a licensed stylist that specialized in color when I was doing hair and this is a complete load of garbage! She refused to give me a refund & refused to give me the owners contact information & was not one bit apologetic! She said she would have the owner call me & it's been a month & i've heard nothing so i'm assuming she threw my phone number in the trash as soon as I walked out.
