I picked up car 9th of May, Sam brought the car around and went inside. He didn't check it. I noticed that the floor mats were muddy I returned car 13th " Sam called very ugly and said I returned a dirty car dog hair and smoke.

Budget Rent A Car - Rented me dirty car and charged me later $499.50 for cleaning car.
Picked up rental car on May 9, 2021 at Budget Rental in Ankeny, Iowa. Sam Sumeet filled out paper work, I refused insurance but noticed later than he had charged me $66 even though I told him that I did not want it. I did initial the box not knowing he had put "accepted".. Brought out rental car and handed me the keys and went back in the office. Did not go over car with me. It was dirty, mud on floor boards, candy wrappers all over and even french fries on floor in back. Returned car on the 13th. Told him car was dirty when I picked it up and that I didn't do it. He said he would check it out. About 10 minutes later he called me very rude and said I returned dirty car, had dogs in and according to your report from him we had smoked in it. We do not smoke. He told me the more I argued with him the more he would charge me. I looked up VISA bill and he had charged me $499.50 more to clean the car. I have disputed this with my credit card Co.
This man is a liar and bad for business. I will fight this unless I am given credit. I can send copies of original rental agreement #[protected] and the invoice paid on 05/13/21
Desired outcome: Willing to pay the original $369.59 minus the $66
