Pet Supplies Plus - Wash stations

Second time in a row the pet washing stations were not operated properly. First time only cold water came out. I gave it ten minutes thinking ok it will take a minute to warm up. No one came around. I have a Malinois rescue who cannot be left alone in a wash station because he’s afraid. Finally a guy comes by and tells me ‘let it run another 10 minutes’ so...
