ADT Security Services

We bought a home that had an ADT says. After we moved in we had been broke in to. We called ADT to reactivate the system. A very young gentleman came out to help us (so I thought). He knew nothing about any of system. Did not want to reactivate the sys only was interested in selling us a new sys did not want to entertain sending out a tech out who know something. Second contact was only what his boss was willing to discount a new sys. So we then got broken to again and lost about every thing we had over the last 35 years... All over getting a pay check... Needless to say I'm upset.
