Wendy’s - Item not as described

Ordered Wendy’s apple pecan salad and they did not add blue cheese manager said they never add blue cheese because it’s moldy they don’t tell you this before you order and won’t refund they are cheating customers the law requires you to inform customers about what is really in their food and this manager clearly doesn’t know that worried other food at this Wendy’s in Royston ga might not have the right ingredients either

Desired outcome: Would like manager informed they can’t advertise one thing and sell another it’s fraud she doesn’t seem to know that and is very rude

I ordered a apple pecan salad at Wendy’s in Royston ga there was no blue cheese as listed on menu board manager stated this Wendy’s never adds blue cheese because it’s moldy they do not tell customers before ordering and will not give refund basically stealing

Royston ga Wendy’s is deliberately leaving blue cheese out of apple pecan salad manager said blue cheese always moldy don’t tell you this when you order refuse refund cheating customers
