Buford, GA store. Cars wrapped around the building and not moving. I counted 6 employees inside. I ordered 2 apple pies and was told it would be 10 minutes and asked if id rather have cookies instead. I ordered pies and told them I would wait. After 20 minutes sitting by an overflowing, nasty trashcan, I ended up going inside and asking where the pies were. The cashier told me she would check on them. She went back and asked who I suppose was the manager where my pies were, and he shook his head and laughed. Apparently they had never cooked them. She told me it would be 5 more minutes. I spent $21, 25 minutes and STILL didn’t get my pies. I didn’t bring my card in with me so I couldn’t get a refund. I will never fo back to this Popeyes.
