We brought our wife's vehicle (2012 Dodge Journey) to your Tires Plus location in Powder Springs, Ga beginning in March 2024. The first inspection we were told of several parts that needed to be replaced and repairs costing at least $1500. After receiving the vehicle, withing at least a total of 3 days, the same problems began to occur again. The vehicle was taken back as the service manager stated since they repaired the car, they will not charge extra. We had the car returned the same day. Several days later, the problem occurred again but was much louder this time. Due to scheduling problems and other events, we could not take the back but instead took it to another one of your affiliate companies (Firestone Tires) who then charged us $1500 again for the same issues. We believe we were taken advantage of and it would have been more honest if the service department from the Tires Plus location would have either told us to take it to a Dodge service department or another recommendation. Please assist us in this matter. Thank you.
Claimed loss: $1500 (March repairs)
Desired outcome: We need someone to review from your company to see what was repaired and the repairs and costs given were necessary, especially if taking it to Firestone Tires the problem is repaired. Thank you.

Tires Plus Total Car Care - Oil change/partial
05/13/22 approx.3:00 P.M.After being contacted by phone that my oil Srvc. was completed,my wife & I arrived to P/U our car. the first thing I did was Ck. the oil dipstick level. It was half way between add & full, brought this to ? Mgr's.attentsion & she tells me the car is not on a level plain. This is true, but only slightly & not enough to account for this lower oil measurement, but to appease her I did move to a location she reccomended, with no change to dipstick level. She (Mgr. or supervisor) called the mechanic that did the oil change, who tells me he put in the proper amount & that half way between the full & add marks is the proper dip stick measurement following an oil change. No one denied that the oil dip level was not at full but insisted that half quart low mark is full following an oil change. Mgr./Sup. person informs me also that I'm near to needing new tires.
I've been your customer for many years, 2022 will be the last if this is not resolved to my satisfaction.
Desired outcome: That is up to you, but there are 5 oil/tire businesses within 3 miles of you that will be happy to service our vehicles.
