I placed an order online around 7:40am as I always do when I'm ordering for my lunchbreak at work (11am). They always get it right. I arrived there around 11:10. They said they didn't have an order. So I said I need a refund because I paid online. The manager would not help at All. She just rolled her eyes the entire time I was there. The other 2 workers kept telling her that the order was placed online and I've already paid. She went into the back and never came back out. One of the workers said the manager said you have to request a refund online. I said how do I do that, she hunched get shoulders and said I don't know. That was in Dec 2022. It is now Jan 25, 2023 and I haven't heard anything back from corporate, whom I've contacting twice already.
