I filed out my claim for unemployment 10/23/2020 and was approved. I was suppose to receive my first payment 10/31/2020. Its 01/11/2021 and I have yet to recieve any payments. I have called and sent emails on many occasions to no avail. I am begging for an update. I am having to move by the end of February and I need those funds. I understand that things are busy right now but i would like a response asap. Im getting really frustrated as i am having to chase down my funds that were approved 80 days ago. please advise. thank you

I have sent the following email to the local Department of Labor in Macon, GA. daily for over three months now, but I have been unable to get ANYONE to help me. I can't get them to answer my daily messages by phone or by email, therefore I am forwarding you a copy of my email to them, (which I have been sending to them daily for over three months now):

I was approved for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance which started back on April 25, 2020. I was supposed to receive all of these prior weeks of unemployment, which at that time, included the additional $600.00 in Federal Pandemic Unemployment. At one time all of these payments were showing as paid by direct deposit. These deposits NEVER reached my bank. They were returned back to you. Your website was showing them as paid, but now the payments have been removed and are not showing as paid by direct deposit, but I still have not ever received them. Can you please check on these payments and get them placed onto my debit card. I desperately need this money and I have had no luck with trying to reach you by phone or by email! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!

Pandemic unemployment assistance: from week ending: 04/25/2020 - 07/11/2020 @ $149.00 per week, for a total of $1, 788.00 and federal pandemic unemployment from week ending 04/25/2020-07/11/2020 @ $600.00 per week, for a total of $7, 200.00.
I am begging for someone to help me get this money straightened out and get it placed onto my debit card!
