Today 01/09/2022, this is the 2nd time I have been provided poor or no customer Service.
I went online during the pandemic to schedule an appointment. Since you are open on Sundays that work perfect for me. I scheduled the appointment and rec'd confirmation, this was on 06/05/2021. I arrived and walked inside, no one was at the desk. This is at 8:00 am. I stood there for about 10-15 minutes before he showed up. Told him why I was there, he looked it up in the system and said I don't show an appointment for you. I then showed where I scheduled and my confirmation. He simply stated, "well it didn't come thru there is nothing we can do". I left.
Fast forward, I went online again 01/03/2022 and scheduled an appointment for 01/09/2022 at 8:00 am. I also applied for a Credit Card and was approved. I got my confirmation that everything was set. I arrive at location at 7:50 am, because the confirmation said arrive a few minutes early, so I did. I parked, got out and walked to the door, it was locked. Since it was before 8:00, I went back to the car. At 8:10 I got out and walked back to the door, it was still locked and no one in sight. A few minutes later I looked up and saw someone inside. He walked past the door and went to the other side of the store. Then he went back to the other side. I got out and walked to the door, it was still LOCKED. About 8:20 am he decided to unlock the door, did not acknowledge me at all. I was really unset, because I was supposed to drop my car off and someone was picking me up. They could not just sit and wait for your workers to decide to open the door. The time is 8:00 am as opening time. I was so angry, I decided that I did not want to get my car serviced there. I left.
