Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a very unfortunate and stressful experience with an associate at 1102 Thornton Rd, Lithia springs in Georgia. My ref. number is 3YGCHL. He was unprofessional and insensitive to my needs as a customer. He told me I would have to wait one hour to get a car cleaned and the customer behind me would wait for 10 minutes. When I quarry the two time differences, he told me he would not rent me a car and would call the car dealership who dropped me off to come get me. I do think this entire incident, could have been avoided if he had a better social skill and cared about his customers. I work for loves travel stops as a general manager and we do lots of business with enterprise, and am also enterprise plus member. I would appreciate the opportunity to be able to speak to someone in customer service directly. This experience was so awful I may definitely choose another rental car service next time
