I booked a stay for my family at Great Wolf lodge in LaGrange Ga with a Synchrony Bank Mastercard I just acquired with interest free for 15 months on December 3, 2021. Didn't use the card again and found fraudulent charges on that account made December 13, 2021. Synchrony overnighted me a new card so my family could use it to check in to GLF and GLF refused to run the card because it was a different from the one used to book the stay. I had sent my family ahead and was going to join them a few days later when they ran in to this problem. This was our third stay in s row for Christmas at GLF. My family called me and GLF sent me a link to authorize the new card that I simply could not fill out without information I had to get from them. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with the night manager trying to complete the form they wanted and was never fully successful in completing it. The manager finally accepted what she said was an unsigned form that she received from my many attempts to send it in. I was forced to use another credit card that is not interest free. Looks like they do not trust good customers. I felt like I was being treated as a criminal. They could have simply run my new card and all would have been fine. Wasted a lot of time and will be joining my family today. Hope they don't strip search me when I arrive!
