Pizza Hut

I placed an order online and payed online to Pizza Hut on Manchester Expressway in Columbus Ga on 4/27/20-order number 3200427184551001432032660. I did receive the wings which was ordered; however, I did not receive the garlic knots. I called the store and waited in excess of over 10 minutes before someone answered. I stated my complaint, I was instructed that I would get a 5 dollar credit on my next order. I stated this is unacceptable the order was placed online and paid for online and I would like the amount of the garlic knots credited back to my credit card. I was then instructed that I would have to drive back to Columbus, Ga from Hamilton Ga then present my credit card if I wanted a refund. I stated, I am filing a formal complaint. The order was placed online and the order should have been complete before giving the order to the customer. This is an unethical practice and an inconvenience to the customer.
