Purchased a utv on my bank card and returned it because of defective shifting missing and broken parts. I returned the utv within 15 days and was told I would receive a refund after 10 business days I still have not received my refund and the store I purchased at in Claxton Georgia can not give me any information they say it's up to corporate and they will not return my calls. My money is very important to me and I can not afford to go without out my money I purchased this in good faith and now feel like I am being taken advantage of my refund should be $11,338.92
