I filed a warranty claim for my Simmons mattress after only 5 months of use-Claim #866309 because of excess indentations that my measurements were 2.5"to 3" deep as per your instructions of how to measure them. You paid money to send out an inspector. My warranty was granted but you are stating that you will replace it with the exact same model WHY! The first one could not hold up under my weight and side sleeping, so what makes you think another of the same model will be different? I have had many sleepless nights with this mattress and you are going to put me through that again? Then in another few months I will have to file another claim and you will waste more money to send another inspector out and replace it again and repeat this over and over for the next ten years and every time I will have to pay an $85 delivery fee? PLEASE do not put me through this again and refund my money. I am pleading with you to do the right thing and give me a refund. Thank you, Mark S. Wiltgen. [protected]@comcast.net. [protected].
