Not sure why you cannot order a single thing anywhere without incompetent employees leaving food/products out or not preparing them as advertised or ordered. OUTBACK Steakhouse is no exception! I order 2 Outbacker Burgers today which come with American Cheese. On my lunch hour so I did the curbside and it was promptly prepared however, when you are missing cheese from something as simple as a cheeseburger - you are dealing with some real [censored]s! Maybe they have mice that steal the cheese while they look the other way - lol! This location usually has their act together but the past 5-6 months they've gone down hill. Our office ate here for Christmas lunch and the waiters were bungling around like the 3 Stooges - making excuses for messing up everything from appetizers to missing entrees. There were 10 of us and a new waitress insisted on not writing the orders down, messed up nearly every one of them! Burnt steaks and under cooked salmon. Missing bread and dip - just hideous! Brought out the Bloomin' Onion appetizer when we were about to pay the check and leave... go figure! [Lavista Road, Atlanta, GA location in the Kroger Plaza].
Desired outcome: It hardly makes sense to be reimbursed for 2 slices of cheese; however, a gift certificate or discount would be nice should I get brave enough to go back again!
