CiCi's Pizza

I ordered delivery online as I always do. I received a message that there was a problem with my order and stated that I needed to contact the store location on Atlanta Hwy, Athens GA. I called and was told I did not have an order and that I should not have a charge on my card. I hung up and checked my credit card and sure enough i had a charge from Cici's Pizza. I called back to speak to the manager and was told that they don't do refunds and I would have to contact the corporate office to receive a refund. This alone is ridiculous, but when I ask for the corporate number i was told by Max to look it up online. Obviously this is how employee's at Cici's pizza is allowed to treat customers from reading previous complaints online after this. I will be contacting my bank to receive my money because I don't have to deal with disrespect of any kind from them. Their employee's are trained to have better customer service. Just the statement under desired outcome is enough to show how rude all of Cici's pizza is.
