Placed my order @ 12:45 PM, this order was at drive thru window. I did not have a long wait for order, staff very friendly. I get my order home and I am assuming that I was getting a breast on Sandwich. It was not there was 2 or 3 chicken tenders! This is not at all acceptable for $8.49! Then I look at my order ticket that is almost unreadable for a phone number (guess what no Number) So now I go one line and 10 min and 20 different pop ups. Yes I am very beyond pissed now. My check 3618 at top at bottom is 18.

Zaxby's - Customer service
I visit Zaxby's in the town that I reside at least 5x a week. With my son being virtual, he likes to eat Zaxby's almost everyday. Today my experience with this Zaxby's location was something I did not expect. I am very keen on customer service anywhere I go! I went to the window and placed an order. After stating that I wanted a boneless wing meal with a sweet tea, mild no celery I stated, add a spicy Zax sauce. The person who was taking my order did not repeat my order back to me, she simply said-"is that all". I assumed she didn't hear my order so I proceeded to repeat the entire order. She interrupted me and stated, "ma'am I got all of that, is that all". I instantly became upset and stated "yes, rude [censored]". When I got to the window a totally different person took my payment and started giving me my order. The person who took my order at the window-"Taylor" comes to the window and say "ma'am that was me who took your order, you did not have to call me rude". I told her I did because you were being rude. She then states, "I can come outside" as if she was coming out to confront me, the customer! All of that could have been avoided one by her practicing customer service correctly, two she had no business coming to the window to say ANYTHING to me let alone telling me she would come outside! I don't know if I should take that further as a threat or not. There are three locations near me but I will NEVER visit this one again. I hope this complaint reaches the right person and this situation is taken care of. THANKS!
