I came in during a very busy time this Saturday night at around 6pm. I started off my order for myself then my husband and two children. The line was moving so fast the I found my self going back and forth between two separate staff members whom were preparing my food. A women wearing earrings that had avacados hanging from them as well as she was wearing avocado printed shoes was sooooo extremely rude to me because I wasn't going fast enough for her. I was trying to keep up with all the different toppings I was putting on my burrito bowls that i forgot she was working on my kids meals. She then continued to roll her eyes at me and make very extremely passive gestures to the other customers in line. I was so taken back by her extreme rudeness that i was debating to stick around to talk to a manager. They were far too busy for me to bother a manager with the issue. All that being said it was absolutely uncalled for and she made me never want to go back to this specific chipotle. Out of all the other times in my life where I've experienced poor customer service she was by far the absolute worst and you could see the anger on her face. I was extremely uncomfortable and very upset. No consumer should ever have to deal with such poor and just plain rude treatment. I had even commented to the women before she took my order about how pretty her jewelry was. So I. I way shape or form did I deserve such mean and extremely rude service! Cannot believe she has a job still... couldn't imagine her coming in contact with a customer that was actually being difficult. That was 100 percent not the case as I am a very nice easy going person. Very disappointed in my service tonight and don't think I will ever be going back to this location.
