Yesterday I ordered a burrito bowl through the mobile app. It said my food would be ready by 11:56 so I got to to the location at about 11:58. When I got there, I was told they were still making it. 10 minutes go by, 15 minutes go by and nothing. There was barely a line during that time. I decided to check the app and noticed that it said that my food had been complete and delivered. I went to an employee and informed her of this. She said they would look into it, that they probably gave my food to someone else and that she was very sorry. They were going to verify that is what happened and make my food. At that time, a ton of people arrived and the line was almost out of the door. Seeing that there was such a line, I patiently waited for my food. After a total of 30 minutes had passed and i still hadnt gotten my food, i went to the register, where i was ignored for about 10 minutes. I decided to leave the restaurant but i went back inside since i had already paid for my food and i was shaking from how hungry i was. I technically only have 30 minutes of lunch time so i wasnt going to have time to get food anywhere else. I went back inside, someone finally addressed me and made my food in under a minute. When i check my bag i noticed they gave me a burrito instead of a bowl. At that point i couldnt keep waiting, I had to go back to work.
I will NEVER use the mobile app again or go to this location again. The way they handled the situation was unacceptable. I did the mobile app order because of the fact that i only have 30 minutes of lunch. On top of that, they didnt give me what i ordered, the chips were cold, and the queso dip had a hair in it. Just absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience at a food place EVER.
