My car overheated again on 11/12/19 at 5:45 pm which I immediately pulled to the shoulder and turned
off my car. I then called to have my car towed to Firestone and they advised me that the issue was some-
thing else. Firestone declined to fix the situation on 11/13/19 at 11:30 am and I had to then go to my 
mechanic. He later checked my car the following day and was able to see it was the thermostat that no 
good and the radiator (as Firestone previously said but declined to fix the situation). I am now upset that
the thermostat was never checked in Firestone on 11/13/19, nor was ever replaced. I have received a 
faulty thermostat and would like to be reimbursed back $189.52 to continue having a long history of 
clientel with Firestone. If not, I will then have to go and report this to the higher management and BBB.
