We stood in line, being the only people in the line for about 5 minutes... We weren't greeted at all, we weren't told they'd get to us. I've attached a video of us when we got tired of the negligence. We decided to leave because of rude looks and negligent service. As we leave I decide to call the store and inform the manager of the horrible service, kendall, and he didn't even reply, he just hung up on me. Completely unwarranted disregard and disrespect from west shore plaza chick fil a.
Desired outcome: Write up or demotion for Kendall the acting manager
