Steak 'n ShakeAn employee

Today my family and I came to the drive through pick up window. I asked a question to the large black woman with a black mask (description of employee) as I don't know her name. The question was simply why are the straws like this? I asked because we were given a straw without paper wrapping. She said that "that's what we have right now if you don't like it you don't have to use it." I again said "no that's not what I am asking" she immediately pulled her mask down and rudely repeated herself. The issue is her attitude, the hypocrisy in covid precautions as she handed us dirty unwrapped straws and pulled her face mask down. What's the point of a mask if she's going to pull it down to spray her not so friendly customer service our way? A simple question in regards to straws was asked and she did not give an ounce to answer why it was they were given to us. I understand that's all they had but I wanted to know why they had straws like that to begin with and giving it to us? For example, is that a new change in their policy or was there no shipment of them etc? I am the customer and a former employee who happens to be pregnant. The rude and repetitive response from her was unwarranted and hypocritical in terms of "covid precautions". I am not worried about the bio weapon precautions but as a business your employees should either follow the mindless rules and provide quality customer service. If they can't kick them to the curb where non compliance deserves to be. My three year old son was in the car and she took away from the whole experience. Customer treatment like that should never be tolerated as it will happen again and another may not complain as I have therefore losing respect as a business and revenue. She should be fired as that is not how communities and societies should treat others.

    Steak 'n Shakefood

    I ordered my food online. Went there on time the food was very old and literally hard. I'm from south Florida so I wasn't comfortable so I didn't say anything. I am very upset the food looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. I usually like steak and shake when I go down in south Florida so I was shocked when I was given the old food. I got there at least 5 min before the due time but yet it was cold and hard when they handed me my order
