Outback Steakhouse

On 4/28/2023 my wife and I sat down at the Stuart, Fl. Outback to enjoy our usual fare. After quite a long wait our main courses came, mine was the 12 oz end cut ordered medium well but showed up completely red raw? I asked to see the manager and a woman showed up claiming to be the manager. She agreed it was "far" from medium well and sent it back to the chef. Meanwhile my wife is eating her meal while I have nothing? 10-15 minutes later our waitress returns with the end cut and it looked ok on the outside so I cut into it and it was just like what I sent back... rare red. I once again summoned the manager and this time a man showed up and I said where is the manager and he stated he was? I stated this was the second time I tried to get my cut of beef cooked properly and this person was extremely flippant. By then my wife was finishing her meal and I was seething at the horrible attitude of this male manager and a chef that couldn't cook?

We usually eat twice per month at Outback but as far as I am concerned no more! That manager and cook should be addressed or even fired imo.
