On the 21st of April 2023 my dad went and got 8 teeth pulled for the process of getting false permanents. After the procedure was done the bleeding continued for 48 hours he attempted to call the on-call doctor with no response for 6 days. On the 27th he went to schedule a appointment for an adjustment. There has not been a call back since, he went in again today June 7th and there was a out to lunch sign on the door. He contacted the customer service department with no answer and no call back after he left a voicemail. My father has multiple health problems he's suffered a heart attack 2 strokes and open heart surgery at 29 which he is still on Coumadin for blood clots.
Desired outcome: Malpractice lawsuit
Aspen Dental - Quotes that were given for crowns, Invisalign trays and other services including procedures did not match when it came time to pay.
I ordered Invisalign Orthodontic trays but never received my last tray... which was paid for. I paid $4, too for the set... and now want me to pay for another impression and at least one more Invisalign tray. There was a lot of miscommunication in their office among the staff during the whole journey of trying to get my teeth straightened. {ORDEAL} Prices that were quoted to me did not match prices charge. They always wanted more money. I have no dental insurance and have spent over $17,000 OUT OF POCKET! My teeth are still not straight and have gaps. This whole situation began in December 2019 and I still need more work done but not with Aspen Dental!
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the money I spent on Invisalign Orthodontic appliances.
