I purchased a 3# bag of Members Mark Large Raw Shrimp on 10/31/2024. The Product is supposed to be Peeled, Cleaned, and Deveined and Tail Off. See picture. There was at least 1 lb of it that still had part of the "vein" in it. I know it is still considered safe to eat but it is does not look good especially when serving it to a group. Also it is advertised to be Cleaned and Deveined. I had to personally clean and devein before I served it. I buy this product quite often but may have to see if Costco carries it. I had to use it or I would have just returned to Sam's. I've included a picture of the front of bag, the back of back and a few samples of the poorly cleaned shrimp!
Desired outcome: Someone to let me know if this is what I should expect from Member's Mark shrimp in the future.

Contact Sam’s Club customer service directly, show them the photos, and demand a refund or credit since the product was falsely advertised as deveined. Mention that you’re considering switching to Costco if they can’t maintain quality control.
