Walgreens - Over charging and changing the price of the same medication to there needs.

I have been getting the same prescription for a few years at this pharmacy. I
presented a Good Rx coupon for a lower price of $18.77. Months I received my medication at low cost $25.25 which should have been applied when gave them the coupon a month prior at $18.77. . Then I was charged twice the previous amount $46.95.
I asked why and was told that Good Rx changed the price. Speaking with Good Rx they informed me they did not. The coupons do not expire you can use them as often as you like. I was called a leir and told they can not do anything about it. I have to pay the price they are charging. Holding up others from getting there medications and tired of arguing with the pharmacy I paid for the medication I needed.
I explained to the pharmacist that they cannot just make up different prices and blame it on Good Rx. This Walgreens are in breach of the covenants and are liable for three times the actual damage. Under Federal and State Law "Usual and Customary" prices does not limit the eligibility or duration.
I have been Charged three different prices in the last three visits . This is
UNACCEPTABLE! I believe that this Walgreens at 3860 Central Sarasota Pkwy, Sarasota Fl. 34238 Store #15260 should refund my money for the price prior to the above stated times. Also I should only be charged the original price of $18.77.
I have all my receipts to support this claim. I do not with to seek legal representation I just want my fair price and monies refunded. Also an apology would be appropriate. Hopefully this can be resolved ASAP. As I go every two weeks to get my medications. I will have no choice but to take this to the proper authorities if not taken seriously.
