On October 20th at 8:28 I ordered food via drive thru at the Fruitville rd location. I received my bag and all items were present although one of the containers of sauce had spilled in the bag due to lid not being snapped in appropriately. Once I got home and opened the packaging of the items ordered, specifically the chicken quesadilla wrap & grilled chicken sandwich, I was appalled. The wrap was still frozen which makes one believe that it was made hours ago & re-heated in microwave prior to being sold. The chicken sandwich looked completely inedible. The chicken was rubbery, lettuce wilted topped off with an ungodly amount of sauce slathered across both buns. The only item that I was somewhat able to stomach was the tropichop bowl which had residual fluid (water I assume) pooled at the bottom. To resolve this issue, I would like a full refund which amounts to $16.45.

The customer did not indicate that they ate the entire order. Based on their experience, a refund sounds quite reasonable.
