Our child's prescription was called in and when we went to pick up the pharmacy did not have the drug and sent us to another CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist at the CVS on Clark and Honore (Sarasota, FL) always has an attitude dealing with customers. I've experienced his lack of customer service personally and also watched him interact with other customers. He is very short with customers, unhelpful with the seniors, and just rude.
When we went to the second pharmacy (CVS in Target on Tamiani Trl) that allegedly had the drug we needed we found out by Ahmed, the pharmacist, that he couldn't fill it because the script came in electronically. Ahmed also had a horrible attitude, very confrontational and rude. When we voiced our concern that we were sent to that pharmacy based on the wrong information he was quick to dismiss us.
Needless to say, we continue to have a very bad experience at the CVS at Honore and Clark and now have had a bad experience at the CVS in Target.
Not sure what the issue is but if they don't want to be there then they need to find another profession as this type of interactions will cost CVS customers.
We plan on moving to Walgreens after this last episode, just not worth the attitudes and incompetencies of the pharmacy staff.
