I placed an order through the app to the wrong store by mistake. Immediately I called the store to cancel the order and was thanked which was 30 minutes away. I re-ordered at the store. That was three minutes away from me. Went to pick up my order and found out that I have been charged from both stores. when I contacted the Santa Maria store in Saint Augustine, they told me that my order would not be refunded because they can’t do that because I had placed an order. It was never made no cost to them and I also disputed it with my bank.
Desired outcome: I will be deleting my app deleting my email. I will no longer in order from Zaxby’s.
